Ireland
These images were taken in August of 2014. Ireland has changed much since is lived there in the late 60's early seventies. I tried to capture some of the scenic beauty and quaintness that makes this island nation such a gem.
These two images are of the Lorain Carnegie bridge in Cleveland, Ohio and represent thirties art deco design. The image came off an Ilford XP 2hromagenic film. The original mask in the film is orange which must be removed in processing. These two images were scanned and done in CS2 and the old style was manipulated in Silver EFX Pro 2. The beauty of the chromagenic process is immense enlargements are possible without showing the slightest bit of grain, because it is a dye as opposed to halide.
